Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” (ESV) God spoke this to a young prophet named Jeremiah. Introduction The phrase “God helps those who help themselves” is often said in Christian circles. A phrase most people believe is in the bible.
